Begin your journey at Kampong Glam, an area where modernity meets tradition. This district has a history that dates back to Singapore’s colonial era as the allocated area to the Malay, Arab and Bugis communities. Explore the city by driving round the Civic District, passing by the Padang, Singapore Cricket Club, the historic Parliament House and the National Gallery Singapore. The Gallery consists of the former Supreme Court Building and the City Hall. Next, stop at Merlion Park and enjoy the impressive views of Marina Bay. Do not miss out this picture-taking opportunity with The Merlion, a mythological creature that is part lion and part fish. Visit Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of Singapore’s oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples, before driving past Chinatown. Proceed to Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site – the Singapore Botanic Gardens and walk through the National Orchid Garden which boasts a sprawling display of 60,000 orchid plants.  Return to your hotel after the tour and enjoy the afternoon at your leisure.

In the morning, pick up from hotel for private tour to China town.  Chinatown is the original enclave for Singapore’s early Chinese settlers. Today it has been transformed into an extremely vibrant and modern melting pot of hip F&B joints, alternative flashpacker hostels, cultural treasures, and retail gems. Navigating the entire Chinatown is a puzzle in itself, the area covering the four sub-districts of Kreta Ayer, Telok Ayer, Tanjong Pagar, and Bukit Pasoh. Let our guide take you through the nooks and crannies of Chinatown and help you uncover the gems that dot the area as you learn about the importance of Chinatown throughout Singapore’s history and its transition through the decades. Begins the journey with stories of days old; you get to hear about early migrants, opium dens, the underbelly and the triads that once ruled. A big part of this tour is also the local traditional food stalls your guide will point out along the way. These are the titans that have stood the test of time – think of the delicate traditional Chinese dumplings, creamy egg tarts unlike any other you’ve ever tried, succulent soy sauce chicken rice, our favorite stall aptly named China Fritters and many others.  In the later afternoon, pick up from hotel for and evening tour.  Enjoy one complimentary drink at Level 56, Marina Bay Sands Skypark®, Hotel Tower 3. Experience the breath-taking view of the city lights, before moving onto the picturesque Marina Bay area where you experience Gardens by the Bay under the moonlit sky.  At Gardens by the Bay, discover exotic plants in the Flower Dome from the 5 continents which are displayed in 9 different gardens. Step into the Flower Dome and find the largest glass greenhouse in the world as listed in the 2015 Guinness World Records! Be amazed by the changing display of flowers and plants from the Mediterranean and semi-arid regions.
