Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Kyoto & Nara
Day 1: Tokyo Arrival
Arrive at Narita International Airport and meet your local representative, who will assist with your airport bus transfer to your hotel. Check in to your hotel upon arrival and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Accommodation: Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa or similar
Day 2: Tokyo (B)
Your morning tour starts with a visit to the Meiji Shrine. Drive by the National Diet Building and stop for a brief visit to the Imperial Palace East Garden. Continue to visit Asakusa Kannon Temple, Tokyo’s oldest and most famous Buddhist Temple. Here you can also browse through the many colorful stores that line the Nakamise walkway leading up the temple. Your tour will end at Tokyo Station where you will have the rest of the day at leisure. Your tour guide will give you details on how to make your own way back to your hotel.
Day 3: Tokyo – Mt. Fuji – Hakone (B/L)
Depart from Tokyo in the morning and travel by coach to Mt. Fuji. Your first stop will be at the Fuji Visitor Center. After a brief rest you will drive up to Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station located halfway up this 3776m high mountain. You will then make your way toward Hakone. After a traditional Japanese lunch you will travel to visit Owakudani Boiling Valley and take a scenic ride on the Hakone Ropeway. You will then take a cruise on Lake Ashi before you transfer to your hotel in Hakone. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Note: : Your luggage will be transferred directly from Tokyo to Kyoto. Please be sure to have your bag at the Bell Desk of your hotel by 7:30 AM. You will also need to pack an overnight bag for your trip to Hakone.

Day 4: Hakone – Kyoto – Nara – Kyoto (B)
After breakfast, transfer from your hotel to Odawara or Atami station and travel by Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Kyoto. Arrive Kyoto meet your local representative and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon travel from Kyoto by train to Nara. Once there you will take a walking tour to visit sights include Todaiji Temple, home of the Great Buddha, Nara Deer Park and Kofukuji Temple. Travel back to Kyoto and spend the rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 5: Kyoto – Nara – Kyoto (B)
After breakfast, join a full day city tour of Kyoto. Tour starts with a visit to Kiyomizu Temple, and Sanjusangendo, the world’s longest wooden structure, housing 1,001 life-size statues of Buddhist Kannon deities dating back to the 13th century. Then, visit Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates. After lunch, travel to Arashiyama, and enjoy a stroll of the Bamboo Grove. Followed by visit to Tenryuji, ranked first among the city’s five great Zen temple. Continue to Kinkakuji Temple, home of the Golden Pavilion. After the tour, return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure.
Day 6: Kyoto – Departure (B)
Today bid farewell to Japan. Transfer from your hotel to Osaka Kansai airport for your return flight to Canada.
