PNR Transfer for Ticketing or Air Quote Request

Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Maritimes) based agents

PNR transfer instructions

Book the PNR in your own GDS and transfer to Royal Scenic for TICKETING or for REQUESTING AIR QUOTE with certain airline contracts.

Prior to creating the PNR:

  • Please verify the RSH fares and rules at www.royalscenic.com.
  • Upon completion of the PNR with payment and fare rule validation, PNR may be released to RSH for ticket issuance.

GDS formats for transferring the PNRs’ from your PCC to RSH are outlined below. The user must have supervisory capability in their respective GDS to perform these functions. You may need to contact your GDS Help Desk for further assistance.

SABRE
The SABRE entry to release PNR is 6¤TA/XXXX-MS
MS
stands for the two letter initials of the person releasing the PNR.

GALILEO
The GALILEO entry to release PNR is QEP/XXXX/88 for ticketing
The GALILEO entry to release PNR is QEP/XXXX/25 for quotation

AMADEUS
1. ES/GXXXX-B <enter>
2. RFSG <enter>
3. ER <enter>
4. QE/XXXX/88 for ticketing or
QE/XXXX/25 for quotation
  • In all cases for RSH to accept the transaction, the agent must Receive and End the PNR. Once the PNR is transferred, our Royal Scenic representative will reply by email to reconfirm the order, no reply telephone call will be made.
  • Please append RSH Net Price, Form of Payment details, the amount to be billed to the credit card & document delivery.
  • To confirm your instruction, all PNR transferred MUST be accompanied by an email sent to the above applicable email addresses. If a PNR is simply transferred in GDS and no email was sent by you, we cannot confirm receipt and acceptance of the transaction and Royal Scenic is not responsible for further processing of the file.
