Candidates must obtain a minimum of 80% on each of the nine quizzes required and also successfully sell an Asia tour package to obtain certification status. The goal is to educate the travel agent community on unique value propositions, features and benefits of each destination covered. This enables the Certified Specialist to effectively sell tour products to Asia, the fastest growing travel destination for Canadians. Additional benefits include increased destination knowledge, sales support and ongoing updates from Royal Scenic and its partners, opportunity for higher commissions, priority on familiarization trips, event invitations and customer referrals.
